-NRC Q&A-

National Research Center, Inc. (NRC) offers several templated survey tools such as The National Citizen Survey™ (The NCS™), The National Employee Survey™ (The NES™), The National Business Survey™ (The NBS™) and The Community Assessment Survey for Older Adults™ (CASOA™). These surveys can work together to benefit your community’s future direction, but how? NRC Senior Survey Associate Damema Mann shares the benefits of conducting more than one survey tool.

Overlap of Questions

A group of the same questions are asked on The NCS, The NES and The NBS such as characteristics of the community, quality of life rating, service delivery and public trust. This allows you to gather the perspectives of both residents and employees on each topic.

Bonuses for Multiple Surveys

When you conduct The NCS and elect to administer another NRC survey tool (The NES, The NBS or CASOA), you are eligible for a discounted rate and a bonus report which compares the results of each survey to those of The NCS at no additional cost.
