NRC in Afghanistan

Written by NRC | January 14, 2014

10 weeks, 1,000 hours, 19 reports, and 6 presentations later … we’re happy to say that the latest round of reports for the Ramp Up West project in Afghanistan are finished! Last week, NRC staff held an impromptu celebration featuring traditional Afghan foods to reflect on the good work.

NRC delivered reports culled from resident surveys in 19 cities in eastern and western Afghanistan, as well as the 22 municipal districts of Kabul. The surveys are part of the evaluation of municipal capacity building programs funded by USAID. NRC has delivered the annual surveys in partnership with USAID, DAI Global, and Tetratech ARD since 2010.

Congrats to the entire NRC team (and especially to Sonya Wytinck, our Fearless Leader on this project) for a job well done!
