The [Colorado City County Management Association (CCCMA)](http://www.coloradoccma.org/content/cccma-winter-conference) Winter Conference has come to the [City of Glenwood Springs](http://www.ci.glenwood-springs.co.us/) for the last three decades. This beautiful mountain city - with its hot springs, high-life dining, history and [Hotel Colorado](http://hotelcolorado.com/) – is a perfect spot for city managers and staff from around the state to reconnect.

The CCCMA 2018 winter conference broke all records. To accommodate a couple hundred people, an overflow room was set up to live-stream keynote speakers. This, of course, added to up even more revelry at Doc’s.

Speakers like government performance and innovation coach [Nick Kittle](http://nickkittle.com/bio/) encouraged attendees to innovate, and to begin using all their senses to succeed. The term “sustainovation” was often heard quoted for the remainder of the conference.
