This tool provides a comprehensive overview of how residents feel about living in their community, addressing aspects such as safety and economic health, while also incorporating performance data from local government operations and services to offer a complete picture of community well-being. With CLS, you can now access and communicate the complicated balance between what residents want and how the community is performing at a glance, helping guide more informed and strategic decisions.
AI is revolutionizing the way local governments can understand and act on resident feedback. Our AI assistant, Polly, leverages large-scale data from our GPAL database and other trusted sources like the U.S. Census and the Bureau of Labor Statistics to provide you with actionable insights quickly. Whether you’re working on strategic planning or performance management, Polly helps you navigate complex data and identify trends that might have been missed through manual analysis.
