About the Assess Module

Polco’s Assess Module provides easy access to your benchmark survey results, all in one place. This includes results for standard benchmark assessments such as The National Community Survey, The National Employee Survey, and the Community Assessment Survey for Older Adults, among others. You can navigate to this page by selecting “Benchmark Reports” underneath the Assess heading on the left sidebar. There you’ll see a list of all benchmark assessments offered by Polco.

For each type of benchmark survey conducted within your community, you’ll see the following project-level information:

• Status (whether a survey project is currently in progress, in analysis, or closed)
• Respondents (the number of total responses received; this number will update daily for in-progress surveys)
• Survey closed (date that the survey closed, when available)

If multiple iterations of a particular benchmark survey are available, you can select the desired version in the “Select Survey” dropdown next to the survey name. The project information will update accordingly.

To the right of each individual survey, you’ll see a few different options. Benchmark assessments not yet conducted in your community will include a “Request Information” button. For in-progress or completed survey projects, you’ll see a “Go to Survey” button that will bring you to that survey’s main page. When a report of results is available, you’ll see a “View Report” button. There you can view the survey results, displayed through a number of tabs; click the right and left arrows to access additional report tabs as needed.
