Sampled Survey Settings

If you're conducting a benchmark or custom survey with mailed invitations, complete the Sampled Survey Settings section under the Profile tab. If you don’t see this section, contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

Here’s what to include:

  • Organization's logo (can be the same as the profile logo).
  • Name, title, and signature of the person signing the survey invitations (typically a mayor, city manager, or similar leader).
  • A phone number for respondents to verify the legitimacy of the survey.
  • A return mailing address for your organization.
  • Zip codes for the sampling process.
  • GIS shapefiles that define your jurisdiction’s boundaries.

When done, scroll up and click Save in the top right corner to confirm your changes.
