Crosstabs for CASOA

In your CASOA survey results, you can find crosstabs next to the “Quality-Importance” section. To access them, click into your survey and navigate to the results tabs.

How to Use Crosstabs:

1. Select two questions to compare. For example, if you want to see how different racial or ethnic groups rated the quality of life, choose “Quality of Life” as the row header and “Ethnicity” as the column header.

2. View the results to understand how different demographics experience key issues. For instance, you can compare economic challenges by race to see how white and nonwhite residents are affected differently.

3. Hover over the tables for tips on interpreting the data. You can also enable the option to view statistically significant differences, which helps highlight areas requiring the most attention.

These crosstabs offer insights into how various demographic groups experience different challenges, helping you tailor solutions more effectively.
