Reporting Results to Stakeholders

Effective Communication of Results

Communicating survey results is essential for informing decisions and fostering civic engagement. Feedback, whether positive or negative, plays a key role in shaping future decisions and ensuring community input is considered.

Preparing Reports on Polco

Polco allows you to easily create reports for stakeholders, organizational leadership, and staff. The platform provides detailed sentiment analysis and demographic insights from local respondents. To generate a report, click “Show More Options” in the upper-right corner of any question or survey page, then select “Downloadable Report” to create a standard PDF.

Administrator Access

Only profile administrators can access survey analytics online. Those responsible for managing the profile or posting questions should have admin access. You can also assign view-only administrators, who can see all analytics without being able to post or edit content.

Presenting Data

When sharing results with stakeholders, you can grant them viewing access to track responses in real-time or generate reports for meetings. You can include survey insights in written reports or present detailed analyses to inform decision-makers during meetings.
