Response Rates

Typically we see a response rate of 15-25% from communities. In general, response rates to surveys (similar to The National Community Survey) have lowered over time. If your community has done The NCS in the past, you can expect a slightly lower response rate on your current or future surveys, but still in the 15-25% range (or in the range of the response rate from your last time doing The NCS).
