How do I use the multi-language survey feature?

The first step is to either send us an already translated survey, or we can have our partner company, TransLingua, translate the survey for a fee. From there, we input the translated survey into Polco. Once that’s done, you’ll see a dropdown menu on your survey, so respondents can select their preferred language.
