Clearing your cache ensures you're viewing the most recent information and that your responses are recorded correctly.
Below are step-by-step instructions on how to clear your cache in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Click on the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of the browser window.
- Hover over More Tools, then click on Clear browsing data.
- Shortcut: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Command+Shift+Delete (Mac) to open this menu directly.
- In the "Clear browsing data" window, select All time from the Time range dropdown menu to clear everything.
- Ensure the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are checked.
- Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox.
