Using Results From The NCS

Other jurisdictions have used their survey results to make policy decisions and assist with strategic planning and budgeting. They have used the results to get a baseline of where their community is at and monitor trends over time. They have also used the results to compare the perceptions of their jurisdictions’ leadership and staff with those of their residents to see if they align.
