What Do Polco CSMs Do?

Customer Success Managers, otherwise known as CSMs, form a direct relationship with customers and help them achieve their goals on Polco. They serve as a customer’s point of contact for support, escalation, and education. Think of us as an extension of your team. 

CSMs will engage with you from Sales handoff throughout the entire customer journey, kicking off your experience on Polco and supporting you throughout your continued engagement efforts. Customer Success Managers focus on understanding your goals, providing ongoing product training, and advocating for your needs with our internal team of engineers, data analysts, research scientists, and others.
