We are excited to be presenting at the 2015 Association of Local Government Accountants Conference in San Diego. NRC Vice President Michelle Kobayashi will be leading a session on incorporating resident opinion and citizen surveys into audits. She will be joined by Sharon Erickson, City Auditor of San Jose, CA, and Susan Hall, Deputy City Auditor of the City and County of Honolulu, HI, who will draw on their experience as practicing auditors in exploring how resident opinion can enhance an audit.
